Note: The Children’s Carnival at Cabin John Park and the Fireworks & Tailgate at Shirley Povich Field are the only designated areas for vending. There will be no selling permitted at Cabin John Village.

We offer two types of vendor opportunities: Product Vendors and Food Vendors. Please review the details for each below and complete the appropriate application form.
Product Vendors (Clothing, Art, accessories, books, handmade goods, etc.)
Product set up is only available at the Children’s Carnival at Cabin John Park (11AM - 5PM).
$50 fee for all vendors.
The vendor fee includes one six-foot table, two chairs, and a tent.
Food Vendors & Food Trucks (Hot food, beverages, desserts, etc.)
Food vendor set up is available at the Children’s Carnival at Cabin John Park (11AM - 5PM) and the Fireworks & Tailgate at Shirley Povich Field (6PM - 9PM)
$50 fee for all vendors.
If you are licensed outside of Montgomery County, you will need a Montgomery County permit to serve food. Click here to access the county’s TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE LICENSE APPLICATION.
Once your application is reviewed, we will be in touch with additional information and you will be asked to confirm your acceptance with payment of your vendor fee.
