Rooted In Freedom, Rising Together

The 2026 Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival is grounded in our mission to honor our ancestors, commemorate emancipation, and empower their descendants through initiatives that support economic growth, community redevelopment, social progress, better health outcomes, and expanded educational opportunities.

Our vision is to carry our ancestors’ legacy forward by creating tangible pathways for economic, social, educational, health, and community advancement. Join us in celebrating freedom, culture, and community as we uplift Scotland and historic Black communities across the region. This year’s festival is not only a commemoration, it is a call to action.

Ways to Get Involved
